Installation Process
Step 1
A trench approximately 25mm deep by
220mm wide using one of our compact
Bededger machines.
Step 2
Next we mix the mortar, this consists of sand,
cement, special reinforcing fibre, desired
colour and water.
Step 3
We then install the correct mould (examples
at Moulds) to the extruder machine, After this
we feed the freshly mixed mortar into it, it
then lays a continuous piece.
Step 4
Using special formed hand trowels the is
quickly smoothed into a beautiful and
professional looking product.
Step 5
we will imprint it with the chosen patterns or
textures
One mix will be 25 kg of cement and about
100 kg. sand
And it will do 5 meter .
